Check-in time
4.00PM- 9.00PM.
Late Check-in with prior arrangement. Please contact the hostel if you need to arrange late check-in. Failure to do so will result in your booking being cancelled and you will be denied access to the hostel. -
No curfew
Once you have check-in, you can go out & return when you like – no need to hurry back after dining out. (Please do, however, be mindful of sleeping guests if you return very late.)

Camping
Camping in tents, motor-homes, caravans or similar is not permitted anywhere on the premises. The hostel facilities, including the garden & car park, are strictly for the use of our guests.

Enjoy quiet time
Many guests appreciate a rest or are eager to get an early night after a day’s activity or long journey. For the comfort of all, we kindly ask everyone to enjoy some Quiet Time from 10pm – 8am (sorry, this is not the place for late night parties!).

Groups
Reservations for groups of 12 or more guests – whether booked in a single stage or in multiple stages – may be rejected/cancelled. Please email the hostel directly info@inverarayhostel.co.uk if you wish to talk about the options.

Dogs
Dogs (& other pets) are not permitted anywhere on the hostel premises.

Accessibility
We regret that Inveraray Hostel does not currently feature wheelchair access nor any adapted facilities. However, it may still be suitable for some guests with limited mobility: there are a few steps up to/down from the entrances but the entire building is single-storey, & all bathroom facilities are level, walk-in cubicles.

Smoking
Needless to say, smoking inside the building of any substance in any device which emits smoke or steam is not only prohibited, it is against the law.

Cancellations
A refund of 100% of the booking value will be issued to reservations cancelled more than 3 days in advance of booked arrival date. No refund will be issued for reservations cancelled within 3 days of booked arrival date, or in the case of a guest failing to arrive.

Payment conditions
The full amount is required upon booking. A full refund will be given if inside the cancellation conditions. Payments by the following cards: Visa, Mastercard and Amex.
