We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information.”
We collect Device Information using the following technologies:

Use of information
When you make a booking through the Inveraray Hostel website, your information will be used to guarantee your reservation and enable us to follow-up with communications relating to your stay, for example a pre-stay email or a post-stay feedback survey.
When submitting an online request for pricing for an event, whole hostel hire or meeting, we will ask you to provide a telephone number to allow us to follow-up with you and get any more information from you that we need. If you do not wish us to contact you by telephone, you can request that we don’t call you as part of your enquiry.
If you post some feedback through the website specific to a stay or an experience that you’ve had with the Inveraray Hostel we will want to address this directly with you.
